Once you have downloaded the file above, double click to begin installing Hellbreath World. Afterwards you should see a shortcut for Hellbreath World on your desktop and start menu. When the game loads, select create to get a free account and begin playing!

If you get an error (BADWORD.txt file contains wrong information) running the game within 7 or vista, the most common fix is to right click "Client.exe" and select "Run As Administrator".

Application Error
If you receive an error like the one in the following picture, please download the
C++ Redistributable 2008 from Microsoft.
This is usually installed during Windows Update. You should do updates regularly! This only affect Windows XP and earlier.
Installation and Setup
To play HellbreathWorld you will first need to download Helbreath using the full package.
After you have downloaded the full packaged game you will need to install it by double clicking the application, then following the on screen instructions. (Take note where your computer installs the folder because you will need to access this later). You may need winrar to extract the file.
After you have installed Hellbreath you may want to update the install of Hellbreath World (think of it as an add-on) you can do that by using this Link and downloading CLIENT,MAPDATA,CONTENTS and SPRITES. You will need to extract the files into your Hellbreath Folder.
Now goto your Client application and create a short cut onto your desktop (this will save you from having to load up the game by going to the HBfolder each time).
Creating an account
Ok your ready to play so open up your Client and then select "New Account, This is where you create your account.
Fill out your details as requested on the screen but be sure to use an active email account (HBW will NEVER email you unless you forget your password) and use a Secret question and answear you will remember (again for forgotten passwords).
Now you have an account.
Creating your first character.
Ok log in to your account and select "create new character" and personalise your character. If this is your first time on HB then I suggest selecting either the Warrior or Magician class but if you wish to create an archer you should set your starting points to 14strength(STR),14dexterity(DEX),12agility(AGI) and for a Battle-Mage 14Intelligence(INT) 14magic(MAG) 12 Str.
Now press "Create" this will sign you out to save the data, So sign back in and double-click on your new character. Welcome to HB.
